How long after you paid off your Chapter 13 plan did you receive your discharge letter? Have you heard of creditors objecting to a Chapter 13 discharge? How often does that happen, and for what reasons?

How long after you paid off your Chapter 13 plan did you receive your discharge letter? Have you heard of creditors objecting to a Chapter 13 discharge? How often does that happen, and for what reasons?

Bankruptcy Feedback: Usually you get your discharge letter within 2 weeks of you paying off your plan. I have never heard of creditors objecting a discharge, especially if they are listed in the chapter 13. I don’t think they can do that.
